You will strengthen long‑term relationships and work closely with internal teams, partners, and customers to drive results. /p pThis is a pivotal role at a turning point in our growth. The successful candidate will step into a business with strong momentum, a global partner network, and a unique opportunity to define, build, and lead the commercial playbook for scale. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Strategy, Process Execution /h3 ul liOwn and deliver the global sales strategy across OEM channels. /li liDesign, implement and continuously improve a clear, efficient and scalable sales process (pipeline management, forecasting, conversion discipline). /li liEnsure structured and transparent funnel management with clear KPIs and accountability. /li liRepresent the voice of the customer internally, contributing to joint launches, pricing and go-to-market strategies. /li liChampion Classified’s value proposition across markets, segments and stakeholders. /li /ul h3Customer Partner Engagement (Field-Driven) /h3 ul liSpend significant time in the field with OEMs and partners, leading customer engagement from the front. /li liBuild, maintain and deepen trusted relationships with leading OEMs and key stakeholders. /li liAct as a true relationship builder, able to navigate complex stakeholder environments and create long‑term partnerships. /li liEnsure value-based account management across key clients and distributors. /li liDrive OEM pipeline conversion aligned with production cycles. /li /ul h3Commercial Leadership Team Management /h3 ul liLead, coach and develop the sales team by setting clear expectations, driving performance, and building accountability. /li liAct as a hands‑on leader who leads by example, actively engaging in key deals and customer interactions. /li liBuild a scalable team structure aligned with Classified’s growth ambitions and product roadmap. /li liFoster a high-performance culture focused on ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Ideal Candidate Profile /h3 pWe’re looking for someone to build the next chapter of a business positioned to redefine drivetrain expectations. /p h3Must-Have Experience /h3 ul liProven track record selling bicycle (drivetrain) components into OEMs. /li liStrong experience in OEM sales cycles and influencing specifications. /li liDemonstrated ability to implement and manage structured sales processes and pipelines. /li liStrong account management skills with a clear focus on long‑term relationship building. /li liSolid technical understanding of bicycle drivetrain systems. /li liCommercially sharp: pricing, positioning negotiation. /li /ul h3Leadership Personal Traits /h3 ul liLeads by example, enjoys being in front of customers and in the field. /li liHands‑on and execution‑driven, with a strong bias for action. /li liStrong people manager who can align, motivate, and hold teams accountable. /li liRelationship builder with high credibility and trust. /li liPragmatic, no-ego, sleeves-rolled-up leadership style. /li liClear and structured communicator. /li liAble to balance analytical thinking with operational execution. /li liFluent in English; German is a plus. /li liWilling to travel (time with customers and at HQ in Antwerp). /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liA challenging position in a young and dynamic company in a highly evolving market. /li liBeing able to work on products that will revolutionize the sports bicycle industry. /li liA professional team of highly motivated people in a flexible environment. /li liA flat organization with a scale‑up culture and essential communication lines. /li liCompetitive working conditions and compensation depending on experience. /li /ul h3Location /h3 pHybrid /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
