Support the Senior Manager of Product Management on development and deployment of individual life insurance products to support achievement of the Company's goals.
Job Descriptions:
Support Senior Manager to drive the product development process, from concept through launch, to ensure timely delivery of new and/or revamped products as agreed by the Product Steering Committee.
Work closely with distribution channels to identify product ideas and related initiatives that appropriately consider and reflect distribution channels and customer requirement, while balancing the need to achieve Company business objectives.
Assist in driving cross-functional collaboration with product implementation workgroup on the requirement.
Prepare documentations to support product development and deployment, e.g. product specifications, policy contracts, illustration, product approval templates, product manual, etc.
Provide support on product maintenance (including Day 2 preparation), the proposition development, feasibility assessment and design of new / revamp products which support the product strategy.
Conduct market research and analysis to monitor product competitiveness and identify opportunities for enhancements.
Drive simple product initiatives independently and assist in product related projects as directed.
Job Requirements:
University graduate in any discipline
At least 5 years relevant work experience in life insurance company
Experience in life insurance product development is preferred
Good knowledge of life insurance products with experience
Strong analytical and proven project management skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Good command of spoken & written English
