Senior Services Solutions Principal – Brussels/Belgium based
Are you passionate about shaping digital transformation journeys for large customers? We’re looking for a Services Solutions Principal to join Dell Technologies Services Presales team, ideally based in-near Brussels, covering BeLux with the possibility of also providing cover for NL and parts of Eur North.
In this role, you’ll guide customers through their most complex business and IT challenges, designing and positioning transformational services across Data & AI, Applications & Multicloud, and Resiliency & Security.
We don’t expect you to be an expert in all three areas—what matters most is strong experience in at least one domain, a solid consultative and commercial mindset, and the appetite to grow across the others.
What You’ll Do
1. Engage with senior customer stakeholders, up to CxO level, to shape transformation strategies and outcomes.
2. Lead customer workshops, presentations, and solution designs that connect business value with technology.
3. Collaborate closely with Core Sales, Services Sales, Delivery, and Partners to build high-impact, outcome-based service solutions.
4. Contribute to RFP/SOW responses and transition solutions into delivery with precision.
What We’re Looking For
5. Native Flemish/Dutch speaker, with fluent English.
6. Proven experience in Services Presales, Solution Architecture, or IT transformation (ideally 10+ years, but strong profiles with less and customer-side backgrounds are welcome).
7. Depth in one key services area (Data & AI, Multicloud, or Resiliency & Security) and curiosity to grow into the others.
8. Strong communication, commercial acumen, and customer engagement skills, especially at the executive level.
9. Ability to design and negotiate service solutions, aligning to business and financial outcomes.
