Do you know how to turn strategy into well-orchestrated digital campaigns that drive both brand impact and lead generation? At Rubio Monocoat, we are looking for a Campaign Manager who can bring structure, clarity, and performance focus to our digital marketing campaigns. You ensure that strategy, briefing, KPIs, assets, media, and follow-up all come together in a way that delivers impact.


You will join a strong marketing team of around 20 professionals, with expertise across content, design, performance marketing, community management, and marketing automation. In close collaboration with colleagues across marketing and sales, you will manage campaigns from setup to optimization, with a clear focus on brand impact, B2B lead generation, and strong lead nurturing flows.


What will you do?


In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing digital campaigns from briefing to post-campaign evaluation.


· Campaign Strategy & Planning

You develop, plan, and coordinate digital campaigns that support both brand-building and lead generation objectives. You ensure that campaign strategy, planning, and execution are aligned with broader business goals.


· Briefing, KPI Setting & Campaign Structure

You translate business objectives into sharp campaign briefings, clear KPIs, and concrete deliverables. You define what success looks like and make sure all stakeholders are aligned from the start.


· Lead Generation & Lead Nurturing

You set up and follow up lead generation campaigns across different digital channels. You also help shape and monitor lead nurturing flows in close collaboration with sales and marketing automation, ensuring leads are not only generated, but also developed in the right way.


· Media Coordination & Performance Challenge

You work closely with specialists and challenge media approach and campaign execution on targeting, budget allocation, channel choices, creatives, and performance. You know how to ask the right questions and push for stronger results.


· Campaign Follow-up & Optimization

You monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and translate insights into focused optimizations. You make sure campaigns go live on time, assets are delivered with quality, and brand consistency is maintained across all digital touchpoints.


Who are you?


· You have experience in digital campaign management.

· You are strong in campaign briefing and KPI setting.

· You have a good understanding of digital marketing and performance.

· You are able to challenge media buying in a meaningful and constructive way.

· You have experience with B2B lead generation and lead nurturing.

· You work in a structured way and are strong in stakeholder alignment.

· You are able to think strategically and execute practically.

· You are analytically minded and enjoy optimizing based on data and performance.

· You can switch quickly when priorities, product launches, or campaign plans change.

· You have a professional command of English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Dutch, French and/or German is a plus.


Nice to have


· Passion for wood or experience in the wood sector is a strong asset.

· Experience with Monday.com, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Manager.

· Experience with setting up and/or managing CRM tooling.
