As a Java Developer, you will develop new applications, adjust existing programs, and test and document your work. You strive to deliver performant applications that meet high standards and, based on the architecture document, prepare a low-level design. You will lead a team of developers during the implementation of that design and ensure that already developed solutions are reused effectively, contributing to Smals standards. You will also coach junior developers to help them improve their technical competencies.
Responsibilities
* Develop new applications and adapt existing programs.

* Contribute to Smals standards and coach junior developers to strengthen their technical skills.
Qualifications
* Several years of experience as a Java developer and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science.
* Seeking an varied role that provides challenges.
* Team player who enjoys collaborating to complete projects successfully.
* Creative with a sense of responsibility; willing to take initiative to offer high-quality solutions.
* Experience in Java and JEE.
* Passive knowledge of the second national language.
