Responsibilities
Interim CEO advisory overseeing end-to-end operations
Operational strategy design and execution
Governance, internal control, and risk oversight (including alignment with regulatory frameworks such as Basel, Solvency II, IFR)
Operational risk and resilience frameworks (RCSA, incident management, BCP/DRP)
Cost optimisation and process re‐engineering initiatives
Oversight of finance, compliance, IT, and risk functions
Regulatory remediation or transformation programmes
Board‐level reporting and stakeholder management
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of senior management experience within financial services
Recent experience in a financial institution (within the last 5 years)
At least 3 short missions or one long mandate in the sector
Proven exposure to risk management, governance, and regulatory environments
Strong understanding of operational frameworks and internal control systems
Demonstrated leadership in transformation or change programmes
Experience interacting with executive committees and boards
