As part of our collaborations with clients, we strengthen their product teams with experienced UX and digital profiles.
Your mission
You will join a client product team and contribute to the design and continuous improvement of digital experiences, working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Analyze user needs and business challenges
* Design user journeys, wireframes and prototypes
* Test, iterate and improve proposed solutions
* Collaborate with UI designers, developers and stakeholders
* Contribute to the overall quality of the user experience
Required skills
Must have
* 5 to 8 years of experience in UX Design
* Strong command of UX methods (wireframing, testing)
* Excellent knowledge of Figma, including collaborative tools such as FigJam or Miro
* Experience with moderated and/or unmoderated user testing tools (e.g. Maze or equivalent)
* Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams

* Design systems
* UI or front-end sensibility

As part of our collaborations, we expect our talents to be able to leverage artificial intelligence–based tools to improve efficiency, quality and relevance in their work.
AI is an integral part of our practices, not as an end in itself, but as a lever in support of design, research and strategy.
Depending on the role and mission context, this may include
* using generative AI tools to explore ideas, accelerate ideation or enrich reflection
* optimizing existing workflows (research, design, production, synthesis, documentation)
* the ability to experiment with new tools, assess their relevance and integrate them pragmatically into a professional context
This does not require technical expertise in AI, but rather ease and critical judgment in the responsible use of these tools, in service of user and business challenges.
