Your tasks & responsibilities ?
* Manage the commercialization of several real estate projects, mainly targeting end-users seeking tailor-made business buildings
* Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and drive the sales process with support from your team
* Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, investors, and other key stakeholders
* Advise and guide clients throughout their commercial journey, from first contact to contract signing
* Monitor project feasibility using your technical and financial insight
* Handle the administration and follow-up of your sales pipeline
The ideal profile ?
* Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent technical background through experience
* Proven experience in industrial or logistics building projects
* Passion for commercial interaction rather than site supervision
* Skilled with design and technical drawing tools, capable of evaluating financial feasibility
* Fluent in Dutch, with a great command of French (English is a definitive plus)
* Team-oriented networker with strong communication and negotiation skills
