Corporate & CRM Officer - Your Role : Manage a client portfolio (SOPARFI, holding, SARL, AIFs): You oversee daily corporate and legal matters.
* Gain deep exposure to a wide range of entities.
* Build trusted client relationships and strengthen your corporate expertise.
Draft and review standard documents (board minutes, approvals, etc.):
* You develop precision and attention to detail.
* Every task contributes to the company's legal compliance.
Act as point of contact for clients: Answer basic accounting questions and coordinate with internal teams.
* Improve client communication skills in a multilingual setting.
* Become a valued advisor to your clients.
Corporate & CRM Officer - Your Profile:
* At least 3 years of experience as Corporate Officer or CRM in a fiduciary in Luxembourg.
* Basic accounting understanding (reading balance sheets).
* Fluent in English and French ; other languages ( German, Italian) are a plus.
* Reliable, client-oriented, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
