As part of our ambitious growth across Europe, we are looking for a Regional Lead Talent Acquisition to drive recruitment strategy and execution across Belgium and the Netherlands.
🎯 Your Mission
Reporting to the European Recruitment Manager, the Lead Talent Acquisition design and deliver high-impact recruitment strategies, build a strong talent pipeline, and partner closely with business leaders to support large-scale energy projects.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Talent Strategy & Sourcing
* Develop targeted sourcing strategies for key technical disciplines (offshore wind, hydrogen, T&D, etc.)
* Build and maintain strong, multilingual talent pools across BE & NL
* Map key market players (EPCs, developers, engineering firms) to anticipate hiring needs
Recruitment Delivery
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to onboarding
* Conduct structured interviews and ensure an excellent candidate experience
* Align talent availability with project timelines and business needs
Leadership & Performance
* Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists
* Drive recruitment performance across the region
Business Partnering
* Collaborate closely with the Business teams
* Support cross-border recruitment and growth strategy
👤 Your Profile
* 5+ years’ experience in technical recruitment (energy, engineering, or similar)
* Proven experience hiring engineers or project professionals
* Experience managing or mentoring recruiters
* Strong business acumen and results-driven mindset
* Fluent in Dutch and English mandatory (French is a plus)
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment.
