Requirements
* University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 15 year of relevant working experience in IT;
* Minimum 15 years of experience with Atlassian collaborative tools (e.g., Confluence and Jira) and Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., PowerPoint);
* Minimum 10 years of experience customer relationship management practices and tools;
* Minimum 5 years experience using tools to build stakeholder maps;
* Minimum 5 years experience using tools to build adoption dashboards and reports;
* Minimum 5 years experience analysing customer segments, e.g., experiencing a specific product problem;
* Excellent command of the English language;
* Knowledge of French will be considered an advantage.
