Inside Sales Mechanics (Technical-Commercial)
• Translate company strategy into concrete action plans for the Mechanics department.
• Share commercial information with the Mechanics team.
• Support the team in creating accurate and winning offers.
• Provide technical advice related to the Mechanics product range.
• Support Customer Care in handling complaints.
• Revenue and margin development of Mechanics range.
• Number of new customers and Mechanics-oriented projects.
• Consistent application of commercial policy.
• Manage and organize the team’s workload to ensure balanced task division and quality.
• Plan team holidays according to activity periods and HR guidelines.
• Continuity of service quality.
Maintain relationships with suppliers of the Mechanics range.
• Supplier support for customer opportunities.
• People Management
• Coach and manage team performance.
• Ensure understanding of company strategy and translate it into team action plans.
• Encourage team idea sharing.
• Keep the team informed about key meetings.
• Drive team cohesion.
Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Electromechanics
Minimum 3–5 years of successful team leading experience in a technical-commercial (inside sales) environment.
• Strong technical expertise in most Mechanics products: bearings, belt and chain transmissions, couplings, linear guides, …
• Team leadership and ability to unify people – level 3
• Analytical skills – level 2
• Leading self (continuous learning, collaboration, adaptability, initiative) – level 3
