About The Role
As an Senior Account Manager at Uber Eats, you will manage a portfolio of local favourite restaurants in the Flanders region and be responsible for its long‑term commercial relationships, growth and profitability. This role is key to accelerating Uber Eats' growth across the Flanders territory, so fluency in Dutch is essential. You will collaborate efficiently and closely with your portfolio of restaurant partners to optimise their operations, foster strong relationships through customised growth recommendations and identify opportunities to upsell additional Uber products. We are open to candidates residing in the Flanders region, Antwerp, and potentially Ghent, with a mandatory presence at the Brussels office once per week.
What You’ll Do
* Build and grow long‑term partnerships by understanding what matters most to your restaurant partners – doing the right thing long term.
* Manage partner portfolios with urgency and discipline, using data‑driven insights to track KPIs and identify opportunities for optimisation.
* Navigate ambiguity and complexity to resolve merchant issues, unblock growth, and ensure high levels of partner satisfaction.
* Adapt your approach based on market dynamics and partner needs to influence the adoption of new features, marketing products, and services.
* Collaborate across operations, marketing, and product teams to share local market knowledge and shape regional strategies that scale.
What You’ll Have
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a client‑facing account management, consulting, or a relevant commercial role.
* Fluent in Dutch, professional proficiency in English.
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly frame a value proposition and demonstrate the true value of give/ get in partnerships to ensure the best outcomes for both Uber Eats and our partners; probe for objections, remove obstacles, and eliminate barriers to gain commitment.
* Strong motivation and passion to work with top restaurants and build a business together.
