Technical Project Leader | Industrial Sector | Belgium
Are you looking for a central role in engineering and construction project management? We are recruiting a Project Leader to join an innovative company in the Beveren / Waregem region.
In this role, you will be the critical link between the customer and technical execution, ensuring excellence from the initial proposal to final site delivery.
Your Responsibilities
1. Preparation & Commercial Phase
Analyze customer needs and gather data for technical proposals.
Prepare budget calculations and quotations in collaboration with the calculation department.
Act as the commercial point of contact for future projects and expansions.
1. Management & Execution
Monitor planning and coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Ensure strict compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
Manage budget monitoring, proposing alternatives to optimize project profitability.
1. Technical Expertise & Site Follow-up
Collaborate with the drawing office to validate layout plans and technical designs.
Supervise safe execution on-site, including safety inspections and start-up meetings.
Profile Sought
Academic: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in end-to-end (A to Z) technical project management.
Software: Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD 2D/3D or BricsCAD) and MS Office tools.
Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English (knowledge of French is a strong plus).
Soft Skills: Analytical, structured, with a "hands-on" mentality and strong communication skills.
Mobility: Valid driving license (mandatory).
