The Role & What You Will Be Doing
Product Development & Marketing Strategy
Prepare and execute the yearly marketing plan for the current portfolio and new launches. Analysis of the market and competitors in order to create relevant marketing actions. Analyze the market and competitors in order to create relevant marketing actions. Assess future launches on monthly basis. Set up of the promo diagram. Follow up of monthly forecast with supply and deliver sample forecast.
Inform in due time business partners in order to secure Viatris products updates communication to prescription software providers. Develop and follow key performance indicators in order to measure products performance and ROI and propose corrective actions
Promotional Marketing
Support to the field force and ensure that all promotional material is available on time. Work closely with the sales department to develop and implement high quality promotional material, performing sales tools, added value services and adequate training. Consults physicians, pharmacists, professional associations, experts, opinion leaders, in order to gather relevant information aiming at optimizing the portfolio priorities and promotional claims and services.
Develops, implements, and ensures the follow-up of the media plan, including digital initiatives; regularly update business partners (in particular representatives) on products and market environment changes (therapeutic trends, regulation, competitors’ action.…)
Developing Corporate Strategy & Marketing Budget
Develop brand, pricing and packaging strategies in collaboration with the regulatory, finance and logistic departments. Actively participates to business development initiatives. Follow-up of the marketing budget. Actively participates to the construction of the budget plan and marketing planning process
Organize training and sales meeting by stimulating feedback and marketing activities follow-up from the sales force. Brief and train the reps at the regular sales meetings by giving interactive and motivating presentations. Actively collaborate with the sales and marketing director and Field Force managers.
Internal & External Communication
Motivate sales reps during meetings and be an example. Work with agencies or third parties for the development of a professional material for reps. Communicate positively with the assistants and colleagues within the department. Provide internal positive communication with others department like Sales, Finance, Supply chain, 0Customer Service, Regulatory. Integrate the Viatris value in the marketing strategy. Be an example in terms of the Viatris values.
Quality Complaints and Adverse Events
Responsible for the transmission of quality complaints and adverse events to the responsible person and local representative for Pharmacovigilance within 24 hours via e-mail or telephone.
Customer Engagement Program
Employees, who will initiate customer engagement programs are regarded as the responsible person for the activity and are – as per definition in the applicable SOP – the program owner. The program owner must comply with the following before the start of the activity:
1. Complete training on customer engagement activity-related procedures and guidance documents
2. Initiate the PV assessment of the activity by involving the Affiliate Safety Representative
3. Ensure relevant pre-requisites are implemented and communicated to the customer engagement team.
About Your Skills & Experience
4. Minimum of a master’s degree with preferably in Life Sciences and or Marketing/ Business Administration/ Economy/ Science
5. Successful specific experience in Thrombo/Cardio speciality care
6. Previous successful experience as a PM in the Pharma Sector
7. Knowledge of the Belgian pharmaceutical market
8. Knowledge of the market competitors
9. Good trilingual: French, Dutch and English
