As a Microsoft Data Security Consultant, you are not a pure technician — you are a driving force within the team. You guide customers, steer conversations, translate needs into a clear plan, and you coach your colleagues to expand projects and implement best practices.
You are conceptually strong, hands‑on when needed, and capable of guiding customers through Microsoft 365 data security and protection challenges. Thanks to your seniority, you effortlessly act as a sparring partner for customers, colleagues, and presales engagements.

We are the Microsoft Security team at delaware, specializing in Microsoft cloud technologies. We build a productive, modern, and secure digital workplace for our customers. Our team works on innovative cloud projects, with a strong focus on security, compliance, and data governance within M365 envrionments
We operate from our offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège, and Wavre, and frequently collaborate on‑site with our customers .
What will you be doing?
Work directly with customers on Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and data governance engagements.
Capture customer needs, advise based on experience, challenge assumptions, and steer strategic conversations.
Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Purview and broader Microsoft 365 and Entra ID capabilities.
Take on the role of team driver : coordinating, coaching, challenging, and contributing to internal improvements.
Take ownership of your projects and help refine our service methodology.
Help shape Purview related services and explore opportunities around data protection, governance and Copilot aligned scenarios .

Bring a vast consultancy experience within the Microsoft ecosystem with a minimum 8 years of proven project experience with Microsoft 365 workloads, security and Entra ID.
You have proven work expertise in Microsoft Purview, or are willing to master this knowledge on a short term. You show interest in data protection, data lifecycle management, and compliancy.
Already hold the SC‑401 certification or willing to obtain it shortly.
Are comfortable leading customer conversations, managing expectations, and communicating clearly with both business and IT stakeholders.
Can confidently support presales : giving demos, shaping solutions, and contributing to proposal discussions.
Communicate fluently and clearly, adapting your message to your audience.
Are capable of challenging existing processes and proposing improvements proactively.
Speak Dutch and English fluently ; French is a valuable plus.
Above all, have a consulting mindset driven by ownership, client focus, and maturity.
