The successful candidate will manage client and candidate communication, scheduling, and updates. They will also prepare, format, and ensure accuracy of documents. Additionally, they will handle billing, expense reporting, invoicing, and receivables tracking.
Maintaining and updating confidential databases and coordinating data entry are also key responsibilities. The right candidate will support business development through planning, content creation, and tracking outcomes.
