We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Co-ordinator to join Christeyns UK team. You will play a key part in maintaining and improving our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
Main duties and responsibilities
* Receive and log quality issues, including customer complaints, allocate them to the appropriate owner, and ensure corrective actions are implemented and verified for timely and accurate resolution.
* Maintain the CAPA data on IQM/ Q-PULSE.
* Ensure robust document control processes, including version control and accurate issuing of documents.
* Plan, schedule and conduct internal Quality audits and prepare audit reports.
* Prepare and issue audit reports, track findings, and monitor corrective actions through to closure.
* Support external audits and ISO review processes.
* Prepare quality reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI).
* Manage calibration records and compliance.
* Maintain supplier/vendor ISO certificates and related documentation.
* Manage quality inbox and ensure timely response to queries.
* Participate in process improvement initiatives (including 5S).
* Train staff on quality procedures and standards.
* Act as a point of contact for quality-related queries.
Essential criteria
* Relevant qualifications or experience in quality management or a related field (e.g. ISO 9001, Internal Auditing, 5S, document control, CAPA management, Calibration system management).
* A strong understanding of quality principles and processes.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive and meticulous approach to work.
* The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Desirable criteria
* Be proficient in data analysis.
* Experience of IQM (QPULSE)
* Process Improvement methodologies.
Working hours
Full-time, permanent role. 37.5 hours per week worked between 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Location
This is an in-person role based at our head office in Bradford. This role offers the option to work-from-home, however, during the first 6 months of training, the successful candidate will be required to work in the office 5 days per week.
