Role Purpose
The Finance & Operations Manager ensures
day-to-day operational excellence
, owning execution, coordination and data hygiene across finance, operations, and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order-to-Cash cycle
* Own
the order-to-cash cycle
* Act as
primary point-of-contact
for the commercial team on billing matters
* Track and follow-up on receivables & maintain clean customer financial records
2. Payments & Payables
* Process contractor and operational payments
* Ensure payment accuracy, timing, and documentation
* Maintain visibility over upcoming payment obligations
3. Systems & cross-functional Support
* Provide ad-hoc support on internal systems & trackers
* Maintain and improve CRM (HubSpot) for data integrity, process adherence, etc.
* Manage KYC-onboarding
* Coordinate between legal, finance, and customer teams where needed
4. Accounting & External Interfaces
* Act as
first point-of-contact for the external accountant(s)
* Prepare and validate inputs for bookkeeping, VAT, and statutory filings
* Ensure finance data consistency across tools and reports
5. Data & Reporting
* Prepare
recurring dashboards
and operational reports
* Support ad-hoc data requests from management
6. Documentation, SOPs & Quality Assurance
* Create, maintain and improve
SOPs
for finance and operational workflows
* Own
QA checklists
to ensure process consistency
* Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
