We are hiring: OFFICE OPERATIONS MANAGER
Swissport Cargo Services Belgium is looking for an experienced Office Operations Manager to take on a senior leadership position reporting directly to the Station Manager .
This role is a key pillar within our operational organization and carries end-to-end responsibility over all office-related logistics processes supporting the cargo operation.
As Office Operations Manager, you will play a strategic and operational leadership role, ensuring that our processes, workforce planning, client expectations and performance standards are met at the highest level. You will drive improvements, challenge existing ways of working and ensure our teams operate with maximum efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop the office team to ensure high performance and operational excellence
Oversee all office logistics and administrative operations that directly support station performance
Serve as a key partner to the Station Manager and provide leadership input for operational decisions
Translate commercial agreements (SLA’s) into actionable, high-quality operational procedures
Ensure strict adherence to Swissport safety, security and quality standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes and workflows
Manage budgets, monitor cost deviations and implement corrective actions
Provide accurate and strategic reporting to support senior management decision-making
Act as a central liaison between operations, commercial stakeholders and external partners
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent senior-level experience
7–10 years of operational leadership within aviation, cargo or a comparable high-intensity environment
Proven track record in leading teams and managing complex operational processes
Strong strategic insight, analytical thinking and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Fluent in Dutch, French and English
