Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled IT Helpdesk & Onsite Support Technician, passionate about IT technologies and motivated to support end-users.
You will join a dynamic, international team dedicated to delivering high-quality support and contributing to workplace-related projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing 1st and 2nd line support via phone, email, or in person.
* Actively managing and tracking IT service requests, incidents, and tickets.
* Supporting and configuring workstations (Windows and Mac OS).
* Managing mobile devices including smartphones, tablets, and MDM systems.
* Collaborating with internal and external service providers to resolve operational issues.
* Contributing to workplace projects and IT improvement initiatives.
* Providing VIP IT support to key users.

Required Functional Skills (priority order)
* Troubleshooting / Incident Resolution
* Onsite / Proximity Support Experience
* Hotline / Helpdesk Support Experience
* Mobile Services Support (smartphones, tablets, MDM)
* VIP IT Support Experience
* ITIL Knowledge
Candidate Profile
* Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
* Analytical and proactive, with a focus on innovation.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to perform under pressure.
* Fluent in English and Dutch
Conditions
* Position based in Brussels.
* Consultancy / service contract.
* Integration into an international team (Brussels/Paris).
* Service hours: 8:00 – 19:00 (rotation).
