Designing and launching new molding processes and production lines.
Analyzing data and identifying risks to ensure top-tier quality.
Proactively researching and implementing new technologies .
You hold a Master's in Engineering or an equivalent through experience, with a preference for a background in plastic processing.
You have knowledge of the plastic molding process including technologies, suppliers, implementation, and risks.
You are also skilled in tools for requirements analysis and concept development.
You have knowledge of mold concepts, and the properties of different types of plastics.
You have strong skills in project management, planning, and presentation.
You are fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
