We are seeking a Business Growth Strategist to strengthen our teams. As a key member, you will be part of a solid and reliable organization that is constantly evolving.
Main Responsibilities:
* Prospecting and managing leads: Identify and assess project opportunities, collaborating with various teams to create technically suitable and innovative solutions.
* Preparing financial models and offers: Conduct analyses, prepare commercial offers, and lead negotiations for significant project contracts in collaboration with different departments (Legal, Operational).
* Delivering input to commercial software solution developments on the tri-baggage solutions to improve functionality and earnings models.
This role involves long-term contracts for public tenders and the private market. You will have the opportunity to invest your time and knowledge in building contacts and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree in civil, industrial, or commercial engineering or a master's in an economics-related field.
* At least five years of experience in business development, sales, and commercial developments.
* Knowledge and experience in technical design, project management (planning, process management, etc.), and understanding of financial concepts.
* Fluency in English and French with a good knowledge of the second national language Dutch.
