Location: Athens, Greece (on-site or remote)

Training: 2 weeks (fully paid)
Responsibilities:
* Support Dutch/French customers via phone, email & chat
* Provide accurate product/service information
* Resolve inquiries with empathy & professionalism
* Keep records updated & follow escalation procedures
* Meet performance goals (quality, satisfaction, productivity)
Requirements:
* Dutch/French native/near-native + English B2+
* Strong communication & problem-solving skills
* Customer service experience preferred
* PC & CRM knowledge
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts
