Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Finance Lead (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in Zaventem.
Our client is a fast growing company active in the retail sector.
As Finance Lead (m/f/x) you will have combined responsibilities:
One responsibility will be the financial lead of the two entities in Europe. Working with two other team members, you will maintain a general overview and be a co-pilot to the leadership team and the business. You will be responsible for the cash management (cash flow, payments, loans, hedging, contacts with the bank, insurances), the monthly closing process which includes statutory and management reporting, intercompany reconciliation and the audit process. You will coordinate the team making sure that all tasks and deadlines are completed, whilst encouraging the growth of your team.
Your other responsibility is related to the Group and it'-s different entities. Together with our colleague located in Shanghai, you will be the to-go person for finance related topics. In your duo, you will be in close contact with the different finance leads of the business units, with our auditors, fiscal & legal advisors (transfer pricing, consolidation, intercompany, contracts etc.), the bank and insurance broker. The idea is that the both of you further structure the groups way of working and internal deadlines, within a mindset of personal and team growth.
The required profile for the Finance Lead (m/f/x) position:
* You have a master's degree with an economic background and at least fifteen years' experience ;
* You thrive well in an entrepreneurial pro-active environment and have a critical mind ;
* You have good knowledge of Excel and can think along for the ongoing ERP & Power BI migration ;
* You are able to take a bird's eye view ;
* You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English.
