You'll work closely with UX Researchers and Designers, gaining hands-on experience in the entire user research process. Your responsibilities will include:Planning and Conducting User Research:Assist in developing research plans, including defining objectives, methodologies, and participant recruitment.Participate in conducting various research methods, such as user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and contextual inquiries.Help recruit and screen participants for research studies.Data Analysis and Synthesis:Assist in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities.Help synthesize research findings into actionable insights and present them in clear and concise reports.Contribute to the creation of user personas, journey maps, and other research deliverables.Collaboration and Communication:Effectively communicate research findings and recommendations.Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.Staying up to date:Research and stay up to date on current UX and User.Research trends.What you'll gain: Useful insights into your chosen field – acquire practical experience in a global consulting company and exposure to a range of projects and technologies. A strong interest in user experience and user research. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a passion for understanding user behavior. Familiarity with basic user research methodologies and design thinking is a plus. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. You have strong communication skills with an excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
