What you will do
* Design end-to-end solution architectures for large-scale transformation initiatives
* Translate complex business needs into sustainable, future-proof IT solutions
* Define target architectures and transformation roadmaps (short, mid, long term)
* Bridge legacy platforms and modern digital ecosystems in a hybrid IT landscape
* Facilitate structured architecture discussions with senior business stakeholders
* Ensure architectural governance, standards compliance and quality documentation
* Support delivery teams from architecture definition through execution
* Evaluate costs, risks and maintainability of proposed solutions
What you bring
* 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in complex enterprise environments
* Proven experience in large-scale transformation or modernisation programs
* Strong background in hybrid IT landscapes (legacy + modern stacks)
* Solid understanding of Domain-Driven Design and layered architectures
* Experience with architecture modelling frameworks (e.g. ArchiMate)
* Ability to align business strategy with IT capabilities
* Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* English fluency; Dutch or French is a plus
