As a seasoned leader in our Supply Chain team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of our collaborative efforts. This position requires a strategic thinker who can manage resources, ensure seamless execution, and foster a culture of excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance skills, offers, and staff within the practice
* Supervise, motivate, and animate the team, promoting a sense of belonging and collective achievement
* Create a standardized skills framework for the practice, identifying skill levels and mapping resources accordingly
* Identify progression paths for professionals and resources, developing internal and external training plans
* Collaborate with recruiters to identify recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies
* Work closely with HR and Marketing departments to implement retention strategies
* Organize working groups to enhance resource skills and promote knowledge sharing
Priorities:
* Meet departmental needs by allocating the right resources for project execution
* Manage daily operations, monitor billing rates, margins, and resource allocation, focusing on employee development
Business Development:
* Monitor relationships with sales teams, tracking intervention durations and assignment end dates
* Raise alerts on potential peaks and troughs to optimize commercial pipeline management and billing rates
* Ensure profile sheets are updated before mission completion and mission summaries align with defined templates
* Prepare employees for client interviews in collaboration with Business Development
* Participate in GO/NO GO meetings to provide input on resource availability and skills
* Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, ensuring standard daily rates align with the Practice reference framework
Reporting and Quality:
* Regularly report to the Director of Operations, performing forecasting and gap analysis
* Maintain inter-contract reporting weekly, identifying alerts and escalating problems with solutions
* Implement action plans shared in weekly meetings or exceptional meetings
* Respect quality commitments, participating in continuous improvement and quality document development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Fluent English language proficiency (written and spoken)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Autonomous, proactive, methodical, organized, dynamic, and creative individual
* Strong communication and team spirit
* Leadership abilities
Education and Experience:
* Scientific degree (bachelor's plus 4-5 years)
* Successful experience in Clinical Research or management
* Supply Chain experience in pharmaceuticals is an asset
