About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead the design and evolution of a global reward strategy within a leading financial services environment.In this role, you will ensure reward practices are competitive, fair, and aligned with business transformation goals, while integrating modern, human-centered approaches such as flexibility, well-being, and transparency.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and continuous improvement of the global reward strategyDesign and implement competitive Total Rewards programs aligned with market best practicesOversee compensation cycles, including salary reviews and bonus schemesProvide expertise on benchmarking, benefits, mobility, and regulatory complianceConduct advanced analytics, scenario modeling, and cost forecastingDrive the rollout of global and local reward programs, ensuring effective stakeholder engagementAct as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, regulators, and social partnersEnsure compliance with evolving compensation regulations
Your Profile10+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally within financial services or bankingStrong expertise in C&B methodologies, processes, and global reward frameworksProven experience designing and implementing reward programs for diverse populationsSolid understanding of regulatory requirements and disclosures
