Your role
As a Freelance Talent Acquisition Partner, you take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment of key HQ positions within IT, Operations and Product Development.
You act as a trusted recruitment partner for hiring managers in a complex, technical environment and are flexible to support the recruitment of other white-collar HQ profiles (finance, sales, marketing, ...) when business needs require it.
You report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager a.i. and work closely with the broader HR and recruitment team.
What are your responsibilities?
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT, Operations and Product Development roles, from intake to onboarding.
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and advise on profiles, sourcing strategies and market insights.
* Create and publish attractive, targeted job postings and ensure high-quality follow-up.
* Proactively source and approach candidates via LinkedIn, databases, referrals and other relevant channels.
* Build and maintain talent pools for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
* Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication, fast feedback and a personal approach.
* Collaborate with and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards and events.
* Act as a back-up and coordination partner for recruitment of operational profiles working on an interim basis.
* Maintain an overall overview of interim inflow, outflow and continuity, identifying risks or bottlenecks.
* Actively contribute to employer branding initiatives, in close collaboration with HR and Marketing.
Who we are looking for
* You have 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally recruiting for IT (SAP specialist, business analysts, AI), engineering, operations or product development roles.
* Experience in an industrial, technical or international environment is a strong asset.
* You are experienced with direct search, LinkedIn Recruiter and social media sourcing.
* You work autonomously, pragmatically and results-driven, even in a fast-paced environment.
* You communicate in an authentic, professional and engaging way with candidates and stakeholders.
* You are fluent in English and Dutch.
