Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Technical Desk Account Manager to join our team. This role involves managing and supporting B2B client accounts in the electronic security distribution sector, providing technical expertise, solving customer issues, and fostering strong long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary technical point of contact for designated client accounts.
* Provide expert advice on the selection, installation, and configuration of electronic security products (cameras, alarms, access control systems, etc.).
* Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and supplying timely solutions.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
* Collaborate with sales, technical support, and product teams to address customer needs.
* Conduct project analysis together with the customer.
* Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and technical documentation.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
* Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and security standards.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in electronic security systems, technical support, or account management in a B2B environment.
* Strong technical knowledge of security hardware and systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze technical problems and offer practical solutions.
* Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
* Knowledge of industry standards and certifications (e.g., IP CCTV, access control, alarm systems) is a plus.
