We think global and act local, delivering managed services of quality to our clients in Belgium and across Europe. We expect you to: - Have at least 3 years of demonstrable experience in Service Delivery Management.- Have strong skills in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, understanding their business and service needs, and providing tailored solutions of quality.- Have the ability to manage (simple to complex) ERP enhancement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.- Bring flexibility as needed to adapt to changing requirements, client needs, industry and technology trends.- Have experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment,, including daily on-the-job coaching.- Be fluent in English and Dutch. It is preferred to: - Have demonstrable experience in working with and/or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP platform solutions (such as Finance or Supply Chain Management) or equivalent with any previous version such as Microsoft Dynamics AX. It is a plus if you: - Have demonstrable experience with and/or knowledge of ITIL service management concepts.- Have demonstrable experience with and/or knowledge of project management method(s) & frameworks such as Agile, Scrum or Prince2. - Are fluent in French. As a Service Delivery Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP platform solutions, you will:- Be the single point of contact for a portfolio of clients, responsible to manage the operational aspects of our relationship with them.- Help with managing the operational service delivery (monitor and safeguard Service Level Agreements), solution roadmap, change requests, platform updates, continuous improvement tracks and new project scope.- Manage Avanade team members and their staffing plan in function of client assignments (from onshore/local, nearshore and offshore Avanade communities), manage activities with third parties (such as Independent Software Vendors) and/or contractors, and manage the relationship with Microsoft.- Be in charge of ensuring correct client billing and help with managing client budgets and investment plans.- Participate in our local & global Avanade communities; be a coach and mentor to (more) junior colleagues in our Belgian Business Applications team.
