We are looking for an experienced SAP PP Consultant to join our team and play a key role in delivering end-to-end manufacturing and production planning solutions built on SAP S/4HANA. In this position, you will work directly with clients to assess their operational needs, challenge inefficiencies on the shop floor and craft robust SAP solutions that are built to scale. You will bring both deep functional knowledge and a sharp consulting mindset — helping clients make confident decisions at every stage of their SAP journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct in-depth assessments of client production planning and manufacturing workflows within SAP PP
* Lead the design, configuration and deployment of SAP S/4HANA PP solutions tailored to business requirements
* Take an active role across the full project lifecycle — from requirements gathering and solution design through to testing, go-live and hypercare
* Provide clients with guidance on SAP best practices spanning production planning, shop floor execution and supply chain integration
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams across MM, SD, QM and PM to deliver seamless, end-to-end process flows
* Operate effectively within diverse, internationally distributed project teams
* Cultivate strong, long-term partnerships with clients built on trust and delivery excellence
* Contribute to the growth of your colleagues through knowledge sharing, mentoring and participation in internal practice communities
What You Bring
* 5 years of hands-on experience in an SAP PP consulting capacity
* Solid command of SAP PP in S/4HANA environments, including MRP, production orders, BOMs, routings xphnsxz and capacity planning
* A track record of delivering SAP implementation, migration or rollout projects within manufacturing settings
* The ability to translate complex business challenges into clear, practical SAP solutions
* Strong analytical thinking, a proactive approach and a genuine focus on client outcomes
* A solid understanding of supply chain processes from an end-to-end perspective
* Confidence working across cultures and in globally distributed teams
* Fluency in English;
proficiency in French or Dutch is a significant advantage
