About the Job:

We are looking for Marketing Manager CRM EMEA for the CRT & HV Portfolio to be responsible for planning revenue and divisional margin achievement, maximizing market share, and implementing effective marketing strategies across EMEA. This role involves brand differentiation, value creation, and high-level execution of global strategies to ensure maximum impact and outcomes for the CRT & HV business.

Primary Objectives:

1. Plan revenue and divisional margin achievement for CRT & HV Portfolio.
2. Achieve market share goals and value maximization for all CRT product areas.
3. Develop and implement marketing strategies and activities throughout EMEA.
4. Ensure brand differentiation and value preservation/creation.
5. Lead EMEA marketing efforts to execute global strategies for maximum impact.
6. Influence and monitor market activities across EMEA.

Roles & Responsibilities:

7. Develop annual marketing strategy and plan for product management and marketing activities with countries/regions.
8. Collaborate with countries/regions to ensure optimal implementation and alignment with business objectives.
9. Align with global objectives and programs.
10. Work with global marketing and Marcom teams to develop content and materials supporting strategies, campaigns, and product launches.
11. Plan and launch new products, oversee advertising campaigns, and monitor sales performance.
12. Evaluate the impact of marketing campaigns and product launches.
13. Collaborate with Medical Affairs to create preferential market growth and share attainment.
14. Lead and influence through strong marketing plans and strategies, ensuring credibility within EMEA sales channels.
15. Develop KOL engagement programs across EMEA to strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders.
16. Provide guidelines for financial planning, forecasting, and strategic planning exercises.
17. Gather market intelligence and monitor, analyze, and evaluate EMEA market trends.
18. Analyze consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities.
19. Ensure compliance with training procedures.
20. Conduct market research to inform product development, design, and pricing.
21. Liaise with other organizational areas (e.g., production, R&D) to implement changes.
22. Monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts for the region.
23. Manage backorders and prioritize countries in collaboration with supply chain and demand planning.
24. Coordinate with the events team on the organization of meetings and congresses.

Education & Competencies:

25. MS level (Engineering or Medical education preferred).
26. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the medical devices industry, with CRM knowledge (Sales and Marketing) strongly preferred.
27. Experience in other sales channels (e.g., digital) preferred.
28. Experience with large multinational companies and multi-stakeholder environments.
29. Mature product life-cycle management advantageous.
30. Business and project planning experience.
31. Analytical, creative, and operational high-level marketing skills.
32. Strong communication and influencing skills.
33. Ability to interface with key customers and opinion leaders.
34. Results and performance-driven.
35. Creative thinking and change management skills.
36. People management and coaching skills.
