Food company undergoing a digital transformation across processes and systems.
Role
You will drive and coordinate digital initiatives, acting as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead digital transformation projects end-to-end
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
* Translate business needs into functional specifications
* Coordinate internal teams and external partners
* Track progress, risks, timelines, and deliverables
* Support change management and user adoption
Profile
* Proven experience as Project Manager and/or Business Analyst
* Experience with digital transformation initiatives
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Structured, hands-on, and delivery-focused
* Experience in FMCG or food industry is a plus
Practical Details
* Freelance contract
* 12-month assignment
* 2 days per week on site in Mechelen
