We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive ASIC Supply Chain Assistant to support our operations team in managing end-to-end supply chain activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth coordination between customers, subcontractors, and internal teams, particularly in the context of ASIC production and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Review incoming Purchase Orders (POs) from customers and generate corresponding POs for subcontractors
* Coordinate global shipments of materials to subcontractors and final products to customers
* Monitor and follow up on production status with Project Managers and Test Engineers
* Support order management processes and logistics activities within the Europractice team
* Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of orders, shipments, and inventory
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Basic understanding of supply chain management and production planning principles
* Knowledge of logistics and international shipping coordination
* Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders
* High level of attention to detail and data accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or ASIC-related industries
* Familiarity with ERP systems or order management tools
* Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations support roles
