Senior Strategy & Transformation Consultant – Logistics Sector (Brussels) Ready to help shape the future of a leading Belgian service provider in logistics industry? This role sits at the heart of strategic decision-making and transformation, working closely with senior leaders on high-impact topics. As a Senior Strategy & Transformation Consultant, you will support top management in defining, challenging, and implementing the company’s strategic roadmap. You will structure complex business challenges, turn data into actionable insights, and help drive alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders. Conduct rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis to support key business decisions Build clear, compelling recommendations and storylines for senior management Develop senior-ready presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights. 5 to 15 years of experience in management consulting or strategic advisory roles (in-house or consultancy side). ~ Proven ability to structure complex problems, run robust analyses, and synthesize insights into practical recommendations. ~ Strong analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI ; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to produce senior management-ready presentations and reports. ~ Fluent in English and either Dutch or French ; fluency in all three languages is a strong advantage. ~ Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and driving alignment across multiple teams. ~ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with senior leadership.
