* You have at least 5 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing hospitality environment
* You bring strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L responsibility
* You have experience in revenue management and sales performance

* You are confident analysing figures and making strategic decisions
* You are comfortable working with IT systems and reporting tools
