These are your talents

* You have at least 5 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing hospitality environment
* You bring strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L responsibility
* You have experience in revenue management and sales performance
* You are an inspiring people leader who develops talent and builds strong teams
* You think entrepreneurially and act with a hands-on mindset
* You are confident analysing figures and making strategic decisions
* You are comfortable working with IT systems and reporting tools
* You have experience working in a unionised environment
* You speak English fluently; additional languages are an advantage

* Legal Sector Salary – the gross annual salary for this position is € 7.500€ per month

* Overall leadership and strategic management of the hotel and all departments
* Full responsibility for financial performance, budgeting and profit & loss
* Driving revenue, market share and profitability beyond the competitive set
* Leading, inspiring and developing your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
* Ensuring brand standards and operational excellence across all areas
* Managing recruitment, training, performance and employee engagement
* Analysing business performance and identifying opportunities for growth
* Working closely with regional teams (Operations, Sales, Revenue, Finance)
* Building strong relationships with local partners, businesses and stakeholders
* Acting as a visible ambassador for the hotel within the local community
* Ensuring compliance with legal, safety and statutory requirements
* Managing guest satisfaction and responding proactively to feedback
* Collaborating with external partners and suppliers, including outsourced services
