Your Mission
Responsible for ensuring the management of projects related to the automation strategies of our Cross Docking operations, aligned with the company’s growth strategy. Will work in close collaboration with support areas to ensure optimal project study and design, including future scenario projections in order to deliver demands according to the predefined schedule. Promote teamwork to help build a positive organizational environment.
Job Description
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
* Analyze and develop business cases for automation projects;
* Develop and/or modify layouts using CAD tools;
* Monitor and track the execution of ongoing projects;
* Ensure all project activities are delivered according to established timelines;
* Prepare reports providing key insights on project progress, identifying risks and proposing solutions;
* Maintain direct communication with current and potential suppliers to ensure all necessary information is gathered for bidding processes and/or project development.
Requirements
What You Need to Take on This Challenge
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Logistics, or related fields;
* Proficiency in Office Suite, Google Workspace; MS Project and AutoCAD are considered differentiators;
* Advanced English;
* Proven experience in project management;
* Experience with intralogistics automation systems is a plus;
* Knowledge of data analysis.
