Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with agricultural retailers, co-operatives and key industry players. Collaborate with product, marketing, and global teams to drive innovation. Manage regional and national P&L responsibilities, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth. Represent the company at high-level industry events, conferences, and strategy meetings. A strong background in agriculture, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing today's farmers. A visionary and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to turn ideas into actions and strategy into results. Master's level, expertise developed over at least 7 years in business development and the establishment of strategic partnerships. The ability to lead and unite teams and stakeholders around ambitious and complex projects. In addition to French &/or Flemish, given the international scope of our operations at TIMAC AGRO, strong proficiency in English is required.
