We are seeking a driven and experienced Orthopaedic & Robotic Sales Specialist to cover the Limburg region of Belgium. This is a standout opportunity to take ownership of a key territory that includes a major flagship hospital account and to represent a cutting-edge portfolio of orthopaedic implants and surgical robotics solutions.
If you have a background in orthopaedics or trauma sales and you're looking for the next step in your career, where you can combine clinical credibility with commercial performance, this could be the ideal fit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a high-potential territory with a strong existing customer base.
* Build trusted relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams, and hospital decision-makers.
* Provide clinical support during surgical procedures, especially robotic-assisted cases.
* Promote a premium portfolio of orthopaedic implants, instruments, and surgical robotics technology.
* Deliver account growth through strategic planning, product training, and customer engagement.
* Act as a consultative partner to healthcare professionals, identifying solutions to improve patient outcomes.
Ideal Profile:
* Previous sales experience in orthopaedics, trauma, or related surgical specialities.
* Strong knowledge of the hospital environment and theatre procedures.
* Confident, self-motivated, and passionate about surgical innovation.
* Fluent in Dutch; English and/or French a plus.
* Based in Limburg or willing to relocate within the region.
* Comfortable working in a clinical and technical sales environment.
