Process Improvement Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement new business processes aligned with business architecture principles and strategic objectives.
* Analyze and improve existing processes to enhance customer satisfaction, efficiency, and risk management.
* Contribute to identifying application requirements and support testing activities related to process improvements.
* Monitor and evaluate existing processes using key indicators, customer feedback, and other inputs to identify potential improvements.
* Develop clear and accessible documentation to support standardized implementation, issue resolution, and process updates.
Requirements
* 4-5 years of experience in technical writing and process modeling.
* Strong proficiency with modeling tools such as Visio and Aris, capable of producing clear and accurate flowcharts.
* In-depth knowledge of the payments sector is a strong asset.
* Solid understanding of process improvement methods and techniques.
* Familiarity with risk management and internal control principles.
* Comfortable with testing activities and preparing demonstrations.
* Experience with SharePoint is an asset.
* Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
