Your Responsibilities
1. Operation supervision & maintenance of on-site power/heat generation plants
2. Guidance, advice and assistance to our clients with the exploitation of our plants
3. Work clearance management and supervision of maintenance activities with knowledge of instrumentation & control
4. Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and behaving mindfully and prioritising safety
5. Analysis of plant-related issues (defects, incidents, etc.) with implementation of the proper solution
6. Identification of optimization measures and negotiation of customer and supplier agreements
7. Troubleshooting and implementation of measures during unplanned downtimes, acting independently within the defined operational framework
8. Participation in an on-call service and preparation of incident reports
Your Qualifications
9. Higher technical degree or similar qualification with experience in the operation and maintenance of technical installations preferably in power generation and utilities
10. Project management skills with good knowledge of process technology and automation
11. Collaborating with empathy and inclusivity in a multidisciplinary team with interest in process and technical topics
12. Fluent in Dutch (C2) and business fluent in English (C1), other language skills are a plus
13. Stress resistant and consistently responsive with good communication and social skills
14. Dynamic, independent and flexible person with a strong sense of responsibility
15. Flexible mobility across Belgium and the Netherlands, typically spending three days on-site and two days in the office
