Description The Customer Value Proposition (CVP) Manager is responsible for designing, building and continuously improving customer value propositions that meet customer needs and strengthen Telenet’s market position. The role translates customer insights, market developments and strategic priorities into clear, relevant and consistent propositions. It ensures that CVP’s are not only well-defined, but also feasible, supported by strong business cases, and aligned with IT delivery realities. Operating at the intersection of customer, business and execution, the CVP Manager brings clarity in a complex environment and ensures propositions are tangible, competitive and ready to be delivered. The role requires someone who is curious about customers, attentive to market evolution and able to connect insights, business needs and execution realities into clear proposition choices. You are able to simplify complexity, ask the right questions and turn ideas into meaningful customer and business impact. Your Responsibilities as a CVP Manager Design and improve Customer Value Propositions: You define and optimize CVPs based on customer needs, insights and market developments, ensuring they are relevant, clear and differentiated Translate strategy into concrete propositions: You translate strategic priorities into concrete proposition components and clear actions, so teams know what needs to be built to achieve customer and business objectives Build and validate business cases: You develop and substantiate business cases to assess the value, impact and feasibility of propositions, enabling data-driven decision-making. Manage the end-to-end proposition lifecycle: You monitor propositions end-to-end and adjust them based on customer feedback, performance insights and changing market conditions. Safeguard the end-to-end customer experience: You ensure that the proposition is clearly and consistently translated across all customer interactions and channels, in close collaboration with relevant teams. Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment : You build strong relationships across teams, create alignment between different stakeholders and help sharpen shared priorities and decisions. Our Ideal CVP Manager 8–10 years of relevant experience in customer value proposition design in complex environments. Proven ability to translate customer needs, market insights and strategic priorities into clear and relevant propositions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and bring structure to ambiguous topics. Experience working with customer and market research and translating insights into actionable recommendations. Comfortable using data and business insights to support decision-making and evaluate opportunities. Experience building business cases and assessing commercial impact and feasibility. Good understanding of customer behaviour, market dynamics and commercial drivers. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across business and technology teams. Customer-first mindset combined with a pragmatic and delivery-oriented approach.
