Administrative Support Specialist
This position involves providing operational support to the team by handling administrative tasks and internal sales. Key responsibilities include managing customer and supplier relationships, following up on internal sales, and providing daily administrative support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Trilingual (French, Dutch, English) with excellent oral and written communication skills
* Proficient in computer tools such as Word, Excel, and other software applications
* Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
* Versatile and adaptable, able to work independently and as part of a team
* Organized, meticulous, and service-oriented approach to work
Working Hours:
Morning: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Afternoon: Monday to Thursday from 12:45 PM to 4:45 PM and Friday from 12:45 PM to 3:30 PM
