Account Manager – Enterprise IT
Location: Mechelen, Belgium
A well-established international technology distributor is expanding its Belgian sales team and is looking for an Account Manager to drive growth within the Enterprise IT space.
The Role
This is a true 360° sales position with full ownership of your territory and customer portfolio. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while also managing and growing existing reseller and integrator accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
* Proactively prospecting and acquiring new customers within the Belgian market
* Managing and expanding existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell strategies
* Owning the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to close
* Managing pipeline, quotations, and CRM reporting
* Conducting customer meetings and delivering commercial presentations
* Working closely with pre-sales and internal technical teams
* Achieving revenue and margin targets
The focus is on sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term customer partnerships.
About You
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent commercial experience
* Proven B2B sales experience (IT, distribution, or channel experience is advantageous)
* Strong relationship builder with a commercial mindset
* Comfortable working independently in an entrepreneurial environment
* Results-driven, proactive, and eager to grow
* Fluent in Dutch and English (French is beneficial)
