Job Overview
Our client, a consolidated hospitality company operating in Armação dos Búzios/RJ and Rio de Janeiro/RJ, seeks a Revenue Manager to lead revenue management and maximize performance across properties.
Responsibilities
* Monitor key indicators such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue and pick‑up for continuous performance tracking.
* Analyze cancellations and declines to identify conversion opportunities and optimize results.
* Define pricing, distribution and availability strategies aligned with demand and market positioning.
* Conduct reservation audits to ensure correct segmentation, rate application and data integrity.
* Create demand forecasts and monitor their evolution to support strategic decisions.
* Evaluate channel, segment and key account performance, proposing adjustments to maximize revenue.
* Manage group blockages and support commercial decisions with relevant departments.
* Track competition and market trends, proposing actions to enhance competitiveness.
* Participate in strategic meetings with Sales and Marketing teams, providing analysis and direction.
* Promote a Revenue Management culture, disseminating best practices and data‑driven mindset.
Qualifications
* Advanced knowledge of pricing strategies and revenue management.
* Proficiency with performance indicators (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pick‑up).
* Experience using PMS and distribution channels such as Booking, Expedia, Decolar, Airbnb, TripAdvisor.
* Advanced Excel or analytics tools.
* High school graduate (mandatory); bachelor’s degree in Administration, Hospitality, Economics, or related fields is a plus.
* Experience in medium‑to‑large hotel operations.

Working Hours & Benefits
Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am – 6:30 pm.
Benefits: transport voucher, meal allowance, travel paid by company every 15 days.
