From digitalisation and operational efficiency to regulatory change and innovation, you work closely with senior client stakeholders to make transformation happen. /p pYou will: /p ul liDefine and lead a transformation offering tailored to insurers (life, non-life, health, reinsurance) /li liManage large-scale change programmes from strategy to implementation /li liAct as a trusted advisor to senior leaders (COO, CFO, Head of Change, etc.) /li liCollaborate with other practices (Technology, Strategy, Risk, Finance) for integrated delivery /li liCoach and grow a team of consultants and subject matter experts /li liDrive business development and help position BDO as a reference player in the insurance industry /li /ul pYou will be part of – and closely collaborate with – BDO’s broader bFinancial Sector Advisory /b team, a multidisciplinary group active in banking, insurance and asset management. /p h3Your profile /h3 pYou bring strong transformation experience in the insurance sector and are ready to lead.
