Full Stack Developer (TypeScript / React / Node.js) &##128205; Full-Time | Payroll Position

As they scale, they are launching a powerful new digital platform that will transform how customers discover, purchase, and manage sustainable properties — and they’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to help shape its future.
This is a full-time payroll position for a skilled Full Stack Developer who thrives in product-focused environments. You will play a key role in developing, scaling, and optimising our new platform, working closely with product, design, and leadership teams.
You’ll contribute across the entire stack, influence technical decisions, and help us build a secure, scalable, and high-performing system from the ground up.
Designing and developing scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, and Node.js
~ Building and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend services
~ Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
~ Bonus) Contributing to data services or automation features using Python
2+ years of professional full stack development experience
~ Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js
~ Solid understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
~ Experience with modern development workflows (Git, CI/CD, testing frameworks)
~ Experience with Python
Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience working on product platforms or SaaS applications
Interest in sustainability, green technology, or proptech
Work on meaningful technology that supports sustainable living
