As part of the support team, you will:
* Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and technical issues
* Perform initial troubleshooting and issue diagnosis
* Ensure timely resolution or escalation of incidents
* Deliver a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment
🧠What We’re Looking For
* 1–3 years of experience in a support or technical helpdesk role
* Solid general IT knowledge
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
* Fluent in English
* Fluent French required
